Estate Planning is something most of us know we need to do but have no idea where to start. This class will help you get started and give you some basic information on the different types of estate planning documents, how they work and how to decide which ones you should have. We will be welcoming Steve Bennett back to talk about wills, trusts, probate, advance directives, financial power of attorney, and more. Steve has more that 30 years of experience as an estate planning attorney. Prerequisite: you need to have taken the re$tart class before you can sign up for the Estate Planning and Wills class.
