About Dino Biaggi

Dino is an Accredited Financial Counselor with degrees in Psychology, Theology, Management, and financial planning. His favorite class to teach…Your Educational Journey: A Debt Free Guide.  He spends his free time having date nights with his wife, playing with his 3 kids, reading theology, working out in the home gym, yard work, and exploring with the family in the mini van.

Favorite budgeting and tracking method and why: Right now it’s a combination of a check register, excel spreadsheet and a budgeting/tracking app.  Why?  Whatever works!

Favorite financial literacy topic: Hands down The Family Vision.  If you don’t know what that is, you will soon.  :)

Favorite “small” financial habit: Taking interest from my high yield savings account and the cash back from my credit cards and putting them into a separate HYSA for a sabbatical I’m planning.

What do you refuse to spend money on? Chips, because we have a never ending supply at Birch.

Schedule Meeting with Dino

Here's where I'm coming from:

Fundamentally, the conversation in and around money is rooted in stewardship (how well we approach and manage the resources entrusted to us).

For me, this is how that plays out:

I love the powerful blend of truth and grace

I don’t have time for shame

We deal with reality

I’m a fan of you

Situations are very nuanced and so are the answers

Take responsibility and I will be your best friend, punt it and, well…

During our first meeting you can expect we will probably cover:

A little (or more) of your story

What’s the connection to BCS and what led you to engage with us?

Walk through financial form for highlights

What do you want to work towards and how can I help?

Solid next steps

What a first meeting doesn’t look like:

 Blame or shame session

Whining or complaining…we don’t have time for that

Me trying to fix you or your challenges

What is my favorite part of my job?

When the aha moment happens, and the family runs with a financial purpose!

Least favorite part of the job…

Having an unproductive meeting…those are the worst!

What do you do?

I can help you get from where you are to where you want to be.  Assuming you are willing and able to put in the work to get there!
